How do I pay for your services?
That's an excellent question. LTR Strategy Partners is a not for profit corporation. As such, our services are offered free of charge to faith based and not for profit organizations. After the initial consultation, we will present your organization with an analysis, which outlines recommendations based upon your needs.
What if I don't know what I need?
In that case, LTR Strategy Partners will work within the context of your business plan, strategic plan or project scope. Don't have either? We can help you develop one. In the absence of a well defined plan, many businesses tend to operate in crisis mode. While this may be an effective strategy for the moment. It is hardly a plan for success
Where does this take place?
Ideally, we visit your business, organization or church. This allows us to observe your operation, challenges and assets. Current systems and methodologies are also analyzed and become part of the overall strategy for success
What are your terms?
Our terms and conditions are discussed during our initial visit. There is no charge for a conversation. If you believe we may be of assistance, just give us a call at 773-909-7812

I was working with someone and they left. Can you finish the job?
We will work with you to accomplish emergency turnarounds on a case by case basis. It has been our experience that projects fail for a reason... poor planning. These contingencies will be discussed at the initial consultation

Absolutely not! LTR Strategy Partners will work assiduously to become inconspicuous. Capacity building (learning new skill sets) occurs when your own trusted staff successfully completes your projects. We work with you and them to review systems, processes and procedures to ensure they are working together to accomplish your defined goals and objectives
